Kayla is great! We’ve taken our Shih Tzu, Nellie, twice now and couldn’t be anymore happier each time. She doesn’t appear to be stressed going or afterwards, like with other places so I definitely think the one-on-one cage-free setting really helps with anxious pups. Definitely recommend!

Kayla has an amazing relationship with our dogs and she is very patient with them. Our Teddy loves to lick her and she allows him to without shooing him away, as this is his way of getting to know someone. She is very attentive to how you want your dog cut. She even pays special attention to Teddy as he is epileptic and she uses his frankincense if he needs it to calm him.
